Privacy Policy
ACCZORA (“ACCZORA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit or use the ACCZORA marketplace, create an account, buy or sell digital products, make or receive payments, contact support, or otherwise interact with us.
This Policy should be read with our Terms & Conditions and any supplementary notice provided for a specific service, country, payment method, or seller-verification process.

Payment and payout information
Payments may be handled by independent payment providers. Depending on the payment method, we and/or those providers may process billing information, payment-method type, transaction identifiers, payment status, payment timestamps, masked card information, billing address, and tax information where required.
Where sellers can receive payouts, we may collect payout account details, tax information, business details, and verification information necessary to process payments or comply with legal obligations. ACCZORA should not store full payment-card numbers or card security codes unless expressly disclosed; payment providers may receive those details directly through their secure checkout systems.

- Date of birth or age confirmation.
- Government-issued identification, business-registration records, tax identifiers, address verification, or similar verification information.
- Selfie, liveness, or identity-verification results where legally permitted and proportionate.
- Information about beneficial ownership or authorized representatives for business sellers.
Online marketplaces may collect additional seller identification, business, tax, ID, and payout details to verify sellers and deliver payment services.

- Cookie IDs, session identifiers, log-in data, pages viewed, links clicked, search terms, referral URLs, and interaction history.

5. Payments and Financial Information
ACCZORA may use independent payment providers to process checkout, refunds, chargebacks, and seller payouts. Payment information can include the payer’s identity and contact data, billing information, payment method, merchant/order details, transaction amount and date, payment status, refund/chargeback information, and support interactions.
Payment providers process financial information under their own privacy notices and may use data for authentication, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and payment execution. Where payment is handled through a secure third-party checkout form, full payment-card data may go directly to the payment provider, while ACCZORA receives limited payment confirmation and transaction metadata.
