Terms of Service
Welcome to ACCZORA (“ACCZORA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the ACCZORA website, applications, marketplace features, listings, payment functions, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
ACCZORA is a digital marketplace designed to help eligible users discover, compare, buy, and, where enabled, sell lawful digital products and assets. Categories may include software and applications, game-related products, AI tools, developer tools, business and productivity products, educational resources, streaming-related products, and other digital goods that ACCZORA permits from time to time.
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, listing an item, placing an order, or using any ACCZORA service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to create an account, buy, sell, or otherwise use payment-enabled features on the Platform. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated.
You are responsible for:
- Protecting your login credentials and account access.
- All activity performed through your account, unless you notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
- Providing truthful identity, billing, tax, payout, and contact information when requested.
- Complying with all laws, regulations, card-network rules, payment-provider requirements, and third-party platform rules that apply to you.
ACCZORA may request identity, business, payment, tax, or ownership verification at any time. We may limit, suspend, reject, or close an account where information cannot be verified, where use presents fraud or compliance risk, or where these Terms are breached.
2. Marketplace Role
Unless ACCZORA expressly identifies itself as the direct seller of a particular item, ACCZORA provides a technology marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. Sellers are responsible for their listings, the legitimacy and accuracy of the information they provide, delivery of sold items, and compliance with applicable law.
ACCZORA may review, remove, restrict, or decline listings, transactions, or accounts at its discretion to protect users, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, or enforce these Terms. However, review by ACCZORA does not guarantee that every seller, product, listing, statement, rating, or transaction is error-free, lawful, or suitable for a particular purpose.
3. Permitted Products and Prohibited Conduct
Only digital products and assets that may be lawfully transferred and used may be listed, sold, purchased, or delivered through ACCZORA. Sellers must have all rights, permissions, licenses, and authority necessary to offer an item. Buyers must use purchased products only for lawful, authorized purposes.
You must not use ACCZORA to buy, sell, advertise, transfer, or facilitate:
- Stolen, hacked, compromised, fraudulently created, impersonation-based, or unlawfully obtained accounts, credentials, data, software, keys, subscriptions, or assets.
- Products that violate the terms, rules, intellectual-property rights, or transfer restrictions of any original platform or provider.
- Financial accounts, payment credentials, government identifiers, personal data, identity documents, or access that could enable fraud or identity theft.
- Products intended for spam, phishing, scams, deception, malware distribution, unauthorized automation, account abuse, or evasion of platform safeguards.
- Content or services that are illegal, infringing, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
- Products subject to sanctions, export restrictions, embargoes, or other trade controls.
Listings involving social-media accounts, email accounts, streaming accounts, game accounts, or similar assets may be restricted or prohibited where transfer is not authorized by the original provider’s terms or applicable law. ACCZORA does not authorize users to bypass third-party rules or use any product to harm others.
4. Listings, Product Information, and Seller Duties
Sellers must ensure that every listing is accurate, complete, current, and not misleading. A listing must clearly state the essential characteristics of the item, applicable region or compatibility information, delivery method, access requirements, license limitations, and any material restrictions.
Sellers must not:
- Misrepresent ownership, origin, features, age, status, availability, verification, performance, or transferability.
- Reuse product descriptions or images that infringe another person’s rights.
- Offer one item and deliver a materially different item.
- Ask buyers to transact outside the Platform to avoid fees, protections, or monitoring.
- Contact buyers for unrelated marketing, request unnecessary personal data, or pressure buyers to waive rights.
Sellers are responsible for all taxes, duties, fees, licenses, and legal obligations related to their listings, sales, and earnings. ACCZORA may require sellers to provide supporting documentation before listing or receiving payouts.
5. Buyer Responsibilities
Before placing an order, buyers should carefully read the listing, review the seller information and ratings where available, confirm compatibility and permitted use, and ensure that the product meets their needs. You are responsible for confirming that the item is legal to buy, receive, possess, and use in your location.
After receiving an eligible digital product, buyers should promptly:
- Confirm that the delivered item matches the listing.
- Secure any credentials or access information that they are lawfully entitled to change.
- Follow the original provider’s applicable rules, license terms, and security requirements.
- Avoid sharing credentials, keys, access links, or confidential delivery details with unauthorized people.
Buyers must not initiate a payment dispute, chargeback, or claim falsely, abusively, or before using ACCZORA’s dispute process where reasonably possible.
6. Prices, Fees, Taxes, and Currency
Prices, fees, currency, discounts, platform charges, and applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout or otherwise communicated before the transaction is completed. ACCZORA may change fees, pricing structures, promotions, or supported payment methods at any time, subject to applicable law.
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, currency-conversion charges, bank fees, payment-provider charges, or other costs associated with your purchase or sale, unless expressly stated otherwise. Sellers are responsible for taxes arising from their sales and earnings.
A displayed price may be corrected if there is an obvious pricing, technical, or listing error. Where permitted by law, ACCZORA may cancel or reverse an order affected by such an error and refund the amount paid.
7. Payment Process
7.1 Payment authorization
When you submit an order, you authorize ACCZORA and its third-party payment providers to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout, including product price, platform fees, taxes, and other disclosed charges.
Payment transactions may be processed by independent, regulated payment service providers. Such providers may collect or process payment credentials, billing information, transaction identifiers, payment status, and fraud-prevention information under their own terms and privacy notices. ACCZORA should not receive or store full payment-card credentials unless expressly stated in the final, provider-specific implementation. Payment processors commonly provide marketplaces with limited transaction data, such as payment status, transaction IDs, and masked payment information.
7.2 Order acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted only when payment is successfully authorized and ACCZORA or the relevant seller confirms the order, initiates digital delivery, or otherwise communicates acceptance.
ACCZORA may delay, decline, cancel, or place an order on hold where we reasonably suspect fraud, payment failure, unauthorized activity, inaccurate information, prohibited conduct, legal risk, pricing error, stock unavailability, or a breach of these Terms.
7.3 Fraud and security review
To protect users and the Platform, ACCZORA may use automated and manual checks before, during, or after payment. These checks may consider transaction history, account signals, device information, IP address, payment metadata, unusual behavior, or verification results.
You agree to cooperate with reasonable verification requests. Failure to provide requested information may result in delayed delivery, payment reversal, account restrictions, cancellation of the order, or withholding of a seller payout where legally permitted.
7.4 Seller payouts
Where seller functionality is offered, seller proceeds may be subject to a pending period, verification review, buyer-protection window, reserve, fee deduction, refund, chargeback, tax withholding, or other risk-control measure. ACCZORA may delay or hold payouts where there is a dispute, suspected fraud, legal obligation, chargeback risk, or violation of these Terms.
8. Digital Delivery and Order Completion
Eligible products may be delivered automatically through the buyer’s account dashboard, order page, email, secure download, access link, activation key, or another method shown on the listing. Delivery timing may vary based on payment confirmation, seller availability, verification, or technical factors.
A buyer must inspect the delivered item promptly. If an order is incomplete, inaccessible, materially different from its listing, or otherwise defective at delivery, the buyer should open a support ticket or dispute within the applicable time frame shown on the order page or in the Refund and Dispute Policy.
Because digital items can be copied, revealed, activated, consumed, or transferred instantly, delivery may be final once the buyer accesses the item, reveals a key or credential, downloads the product, redeems it, or otherwise receives the benefit of the digital delivery—except where required by law or where the item was not as described.
9. Refunds, Replacements, and Buyer Protection
ACCZORA aims to provide a fair buyer-protection and dispute process. A buyer may be eligible for review where the item was not delivered, was materially different from its description, was invalid at delivery, or could not be accessed as represented, subject to evidence and the conditions below.
To request support, the buyer must:
- Use the Platform’s dispute or support process within the stated eligibility period.
- Provide accurate order details and reasonable supporting evidence, such as screenshots, error messages, timestamps, and correspondence.
- Avoid altering, reselling, sharing, redeeming, or using the item beyond what is reasonably necessary to verify the reported problem.
- Cooperate with ACCZORA’s investigation.
ACCZORA may decide, where appropriate, to provide a replacement, partial refund, full refund, account credit, seller-funded remedy, or no remedy. Decisions may consider the listing, proof of delivery, product-access logs, buyer and seller communications, product use, payment records, prior disputes, and applicable law.
Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed for:
- Buyer mistake, changed mind, lack of compatibility disclosed in the listing, or failure to read product details.
- Issues caused by the buyer’s misuse, unauthorized modification, unlawful conduct, or violation of original platform rules.
- Items that were successfully accessed, revealed, downloaded, activated, redeemed, consumed, transferred, or resold, unless the item was materially misrepresented or required by law.
- Matters arising after the buyer fails to secure lawful access promptly or shares access details with others.
- Transactions completed outside ACCZORA’s payment and order system.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Consumer rules may require clear pre-contract information and may provide remedies when digital content or digital services do not conform to the contract.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, contact ACCZORA support promptly so that we can investigate. You should use the Platform’s dispute process before initiating a bank or card-provider chargeback whenever reasonably possible.
If a buyer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute, ACCZORA may provide relevant transaction evidence to the payment provider, including order details, delivery information, account records, messages, verification records, and fraud-prevention logs, as permitted by law and our Privacy Policy. Marketplace privacy notices commonly identify transaction, delivery, dispute, and support data as information used for payment execution, accounting, fraud prevention, chargeback handling, and compliance.
Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims, or misuse of payment instruments may result in cancellation of orders, loss of buyer-protection eligibility, account suspension, reporting to payment providers or authorities where appropriate, recovery action, and other remedies available by law.
11. Intellectual Property
ACCZORA and its content, branding, software, design, text, graphics, and marketplace features are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms, ACCZORA grants no ownership interest or license in its intellectual property.
Users must not upload, list, sell, distribute, or use material that infringes copyright, trademark, trade-secret, privacy, publicity, or other rights. ACCZORA may remove allegedly infringing content and restrict repeat infringers.
12. Third-Party Services
The Platform may link to, integrate with, or enable products from third parties, including payment processors, original platforms, service providers, and sellers. ACCZORA does not control these third parties and is not responsible for their availability, policies, acts, omissions, content, security, or terms.
Your use of third-party products is also governed by the applicable third party’s terms. You are responsible for determining whether a purchase, transfer, activation, or use is permitted by that third party.
13. Suspension and Termination
ACCZORA may suspend, restrict, cancel, or terminate access to the Platform, listings, transactions, funds, or accounts if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, engaged in fraud, harmed other users, submitted false information, or used the Platform unlawfully.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, ACCZORA may retain records, delay payouts, cancel pending orders, reverse transactions, or cooperate with payment providers and authorities. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, disputes, intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability—will survive.
14. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACCZORA does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, the continuing availability of any digital product, or that any third-party platform will accept, retain, activate, or maintain an item after delivery.
ACCZORA does not guarantee that any listing will meet a buyer’s specific purpose, deliver a particular business outcome, remain valid indefinitely, or comply with every third-party rule in every jurisdiction. Sellers remain responsible for their products, and buyers remain responsible for due diligence and lawful use.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ACCZORA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, or opportunities; or losses arising from third-party services, seller conduct, original-platform enforcement, buyer misuse, or unauthorized access to a user account.
Where liability cannot be excluded, ACCZORA’s aggregate liability related to a claim will not exceed the amount paid by the claimant to ACCZORA for the transaction giving rise to the claim during the preceding period, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
16. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ACCZORA and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your listings, purchases, sales, content, misuse of the Platform, violation of law, breach of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be handled thoroughly subject to mandatory consumer-protection laws that may apply in your place of residence.
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact ACCZORA through the support process and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on the Platform with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms, except where further notice or consent is required by law.
