Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how ACCZORA handles refunds, replacements, cancellations, and purchase disputes for eligible digital products and assets bought through the ACCZORA marketplace.
ACCZORA is a digital marketplace that enables buyers to discover and purchase eligible digital products from verified sellers. Available categories may include gaming, software and apps, AI tools, streaming, business, developer, education, productivity, email, and social-media-related products. ACCZORA promotes verified sellers, secure payments, buyer protection, and fast digital delivery.
Because digital items may be delivered instantly and can be accessed, copied, activated, redeemed, transferred, or consumed immediately, refund eligibility differs from physical-product purchases. This policy should be read together with ACCZORA’s Terms & Conditions and any product-specific rules shown before checkout.
1. Refund Eligibility
ACCZORA may approve a refund, replacement, or account credit when an eligible product has a verified delivery or listing-related issue. A request may qualify if:
- The buyer was charged successfully but did not receive the ordered digital product.
- The delivered product is materially different from the product description, title, specifications, region, access type, or key features shown in the listing.
- The delivered product is invalid, inaccessible, already redeemed, or unusable at the time of delivery.
- The seller delivers the wrong product, incomplete access details, or fewer units than ordered.
- A technical delivery error prevents the buyer from accessing the purchased item.
- ACCZORA cancels an order before valid delivery is completed.
- A duplicate payment is confirmed for the same order.
All refund decisions are subject to a review of the order information, delivery records, the product listing, communications, technical evidence, and buyer/seller account activity.
2. Digital Product Notice
Many ACCZORA products are delivered digitally, often through an order page, account dashboard, secure message, download area, activation code, access link, license key, or another electronic method. ACCZORA’s platform presents digital products as fast-delivery items, and some listings may be described as instant delivery.
Once a buyer has accessed, downloaded, revealed, redeemed, activated, copied, transferred, changed credentials for, or otherwise used a digital product, the purchase may become non-refundable unless:
- The item was materially misrepresented.
- The item was invalid or defective at the time of delivery.
- ACCZORA determines that a replacement, refund, or account credit is appropriate.
- A refund is required under applicable consumer-protection law.
This restriction helps protect sellers and the marketplace from claims involving digital items that may be retained or used after delivery.
3. Time Limit for Requests
Buyers must report an eligible issue as soon as possible after delivery. Unless a longer period is stated on the relevant product page or required by applicable law, refund or replacement requests should be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
For instant-delivery goods, buyers should review the product details and test access promptly after receiving the item. Delayed reports may be harder to verify because account status, access status, redemption status, or third-party platform conditions may change over time.
ACCZORA may consider late requests in exceptional circumstances, but is not required to do so where the buyer cannot provide sufficient evidence that the issue existed at delivery.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, replacement, or order review, contact ACCZORA Support through the Platform’s support or dispute function, or through the contact method published on the website.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- The email address or account username used for the purchase.
- The name of the purchased item.
- A clear explanation of the issue.
- Screenshots, screen recordings, error messages, and relevant timestamps.
- Any communication with the seller, if applicable.
- Information showing that the item was not redeemed, used, transferred, altered, or shared beyond reasonable testing.
Submitting complete and truthful information helps ACCZORA review the claim more efficiently.
5. Review and Resolution Process
Once a request is received, ACCZORA may review the listing, delivery records, buyer and seller communications, payment confirmation, product-access information, and submitted evidence.
During the review, ACCZORA may:
- Ask the buyer for additional screenshots, clarification, or technical evidence.
- Ask the seller to respond or provide proof of delivery.
- Temporarily hold seller funds or delay payout where applicable.
- Request reasonable cooperation from both parties.
- Determine whether the buyer is eligible for a replacement, partial refund, full refund, account credit, or no remedy.
ACCZORA may resolve a validated claim by:
- Providing a replacement product of equal or substantially similar value.
- Issuing a full refund to the original payment method, where possible.
- Issuing a partial refund where only part of the order is affected.
- Providing ACCZORA account credit, if accepted by the buyer or where permitted by law.
- Cancelling an undelivered order and returning the amount paid.
ACCZORA aims to review complete claims promptly; however, timing may depend on the complexity of the issue, seller response, payment-provider procedures, technical investigation, and applicable legal requirements.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds, replacements, or credits will generally not be provided in the following situations:
- The buyer changed their mind after successful delivery.
- The buyer selected the wrong product, region, platform, subscription type, license type, or compatibility option when the listing accurately disclosed the information.
- The digital product was accessed, revealed, downloaded, activated, redeemed, consumed, transferred, resold, or materially used after delivery.
- The buyer failed to read listing details, compatibility requirements, system requirements, product limitations, or applicable third-party rules.
- The product became unavailable, restricted, suspended, changed, or terminated because of the buyer’s conduct, a third-party platform’s policies, or circumstances after delivery.
- The buyer shared credentials, access links, license keys, download files, or other delivery information with another person.
- The buyer altered credentials, changed recovery information, modified access settings, or otherwise changed the delivered item before reporting the issue, unless necessary to secure valid access and clearly documented.
- The buyer used the product unlawfully, deceptively, abusively, or in violation of applicable laws or the original provider’s rules.
- The buyer files a false, misleading, duplicated, or unsupported claim.
- The transaction occurred outside ACCZORA’s checkout and order system.
- The buyer is unable to access an item because of local legal restrictions, device limitations, network restrictions, unsupported software, or issues not caused by the seller or ACCZORA.
7. Accounts and Digital Access Products
Where an eligible listing involves a transferable digital account or access-based product, the buyer must verify that the transfer and intended use are lawful and permitted by the original platform’s terms. ACCZORA does not guarantee that a third-party provider will continue to allow an account, subscription, license, or access arrangement after delivery.
If an account or digital access product is valid at delivery but later restricted, suspended, recovered, changed, or terminated due to the buyer’s use, a third-party policy decision, an unauthorized transfer, a credentials change, security activity, or any event outside ACCZORA’s control, the purchase may not be eligible for a refund.
ACCZORA’s marketplace includes product categories such as social media, email, gaming, software and apps, AI tools, streaming, business, developer, education, and productivity products. Product availability and delivery methods may differ by listing.
8. Replacements
When a reported issue is verified, ACCZORA may offer a replacement before issuing a refund, provided the replacement is reasonably equivalent to the originally purchased product.
If a replacement is offered, the buyer may be required to stop using, delete, return, or relinquish access to the affected digital product where technically possible. A replacement is not guaranteed where stock is unavailable, the product category has changed, or the claim does not qualify under this policy.
9. Payment Reversals and Chargebacks
If you believe a payment was unauthorized or processed incorrectly, contact ACCZORA Support promptly. We encourage buyers to use the ACCZORA dispute process before opening a chargeback with a bank, card issuer, wallet provider, or payment processor.
Initiating a chargeback before providing ACCZORA a reasonable opportunity to investigate may delay resolution. If a chargeback is filed, ACCZORA may provide relevant order, delivery, communications, payment, and account information to the payment provider to respond to the claim, as permitted by law.
Fraudulent chargebacks, false payment disputes, or attempts to retain both a refund and a delivered digital product may lead to order cancellation, account restriction, suspension, loss of buyer-protection eligibility, or further action where appropriate.
10. Refund Timing
Once a refund is approved:
- Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method where technically possible.
- Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, wallet service, cryptocurrency network, or payment method.
- ACCZORA may not control the time taken by external financial institutions to display refunded funds.
- Original transaction fees, currency-conversion charges, network fees, or third-party payment charges may be non-refundable where permitted by law and where those fees were not retained by ACCZORA.
- If a refund to the original payment method is unavailable, ACCZORA may offer another legally permitted resolution method, such as account credit or an alternative payment arrangement.
11. Marketplace Integrity
ACCZORA may deny or limit refund requests where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, repeated unfounded claims, manipulation, unauthorized account access, or a breach of the Terms & Conditions.
We may also investigate sellers whose listings generate repeated refund requests, complaints, delivery failures, or policy violations. Such sellers may be required to provide additional verification, replace products, issue refunds, lose payout eligibility, or have their listings and accounts restricted.
12. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or override consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. If mandatory law gives you a broader right to cancel, receive a refund, or seek another remedy, that law will apply to the extent required.
13. Changes to This Policy
ACCZORA may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in its services, payment processes, marketplace features, applicable laws, or fraud-prevention practices. The latest version will be posted on the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date.
